Celebrate Christmas – New Orleans Style

 

New Orleans is an amazing place to be year round, but December is a special time to be here.  NOLA is known as an amazing place to spend Christmas – and I can’t wait to share some if the festivities with you!

Throughout the month of December, enjoy a holiday show featuring the vocal trio, Victory Belles.  This Christmas performance features songs to put you in the spirit of the season.  For more information see their opens in a new windowwebsite.

From December 7-9, enjoy the 13th Annual Holiday on the Boulevard Festival for a family festival and holiday marketplace.  In true New Orleans flavor, party with local rhythms and celebrate Christmas NOLA style.

Speaking of New Orleans Christmas traditions, don’t miss the 37th Annual Holiday Home Tour on December 8-9.  You have the opportunity to tour seven historic homes and take in the history, architecture, and festive decor.

For a very special event, check out the opens in a new windowCajun Holiday Tea with Papa Noel Cruse.  Throughout the weekends in December, embark on the Creole Queen Paddlewheeler with Papa Noel, and enjoy many Cajun traditions such as storytelling, treats – entertainment for the whole family!
