August 7th, 2010 is White Linen Night. A really fun event which takes place on Julia Street. So don your white linen outfit and saunter along the street to peruse the art galleries, feast on great food and of course have a cocktail or three.

Being this is New Orleans, for every yin there is a yang, and in this case, it’s the Dirty Linen Night on August 14. Another Saturday night event, this time in the French Quarter on Royal Street.

After those events, get ready for the Red Dress Run. Also taking place on August 14th, you’ll find thousands of men and women in their RED dresses, as well as bunch of drinking going on.

Come join all the festivity here in New Orleans this August. Make sure you bring your White Linen or your Red Dress!
