• Bananas Foster with Stuffed Pain Par Du and Applewood Bacon
• Blueberry Waffle with Whipped Cream, Fresh Berries.
• Eggs Benedict with Creole Hollandaise, Cajun Sausage and Southern Style Biscuit
• Eggs Sardou with Creole Grilled Potatoes.
