When you think of New Orleans music and food are probably the first things that come to mind. The Crescent City Blues and BBQ Festival covers both fronts with food and music. For 2011, the festival will be held October 14 through October 16th at Lafayette Square in the Central
The festival itself is free, sponsored by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, and will feature two stages for your listening pleasure, as well as many food vendors including some of the most famous names in cooking. You will also have the opportunity to shop till you drop in the Art Market and merchandise operation.
