As summer comes to a close and things start to cool off, it’s time to eat! September is a great time to visit New Orleans. New Orleans and food have long gone together. September 23rd -26 is the Alligator Festival in Lulling and on the 24th the Deutsches Haus kicks off their annual Oktoberfest which runs to the end of October.
