To ensure that each of RUE 127’s menu items are made from fresh ingredients, the offerings change weekly. Save room for dessert, Chef Joanna Parker is the pastry chef responsible for each delectable creation including a House Made Sorbet of the Day. Finally, local artist Natalie Boos’ art compliments the cozy atmosphere in this welcoming restaurant.
